- Regiatration is mandatory for all participants.
- The registration fee includes entry to all scientific sessions, Conference meals and delegate kit bag.
- The category of Associate Delegate includes only spouse, children & dependent family members, if any.
Cancellation Policy:
- Registrations cancelled 2 weeks before the conference will be eligible for 50% refund of fees excluding 18% GST.
- After 15th October 2025, no requests for refund will be accepted.
- Refunds will be processed after two weeks of conference date in the same account which you have used during the registration process.
